Project Manager / Customer Success

You run the engagement after sales hands it over. Kickoff to delivery to renewal. You're organised, you're straight, and you don't hide problems.

NZD 90-130k + tooling budget + 5 weeks leave

What you'd do

Own delivery for our paying customers. Discovery handover, kickoff, weekly cadence, status reporting, milestones, renewals. You're the single point of accountability the customer trusts.

You'd be good for this if

- You've run software / services projects before. You know the difference between a milestone and a wishlist. - You can write a clear status email in five lines that the executive actually reads. - You're comfortable saying "no, that's out of scope" and meaning it. - You like AI but don't need to build it yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer delivery from kickoff to renewal
  • Run the weekly cadence — status, blockers, decisions
  • Coordinate developers and consultants on the customer's behalf
  • Surface and escalate risk early

What you bring

  • 3+ years project / customer-success experience in software or services
  • Clear writing, clear talking, no hiding
  • NZ-based, work-rights

Nice to have

  • Prior AI-adjacent work
  • Experience working with engineering teams
  • PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (not required, useful)
